Downtown Revitalization Initiative

The City of Rensselaer, New York received $10 million in funding through the ninth round of the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI). The proposed Rensselaer DRI area encompasses a 0.19 square mile area, roughly about 122 acres, home to a range of businesses and properties for investment and redevelopment.
